1) Why should I use Apple Cider Vinegar?

Traditionally, Apple Cider Vinegar has successfully treated a wide variety of human or animal ailments. As an acid, it has antiseptic qualities that internally cleanses the digestive tracts and externally, disinfects any skin wounds or abrasions. Its acidity reportedly aids in the removal of calcium deposits from joints and blood vessels (just as vinegar dissolves mineral deposits in kettles). However, it has no effect on normal calcium levels in the bones and teeth.

The pectin in unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar promotes elimination and healthy bowels; the phosphorus prevents the formation of putrefactive bacteria; and the potassium regulates growth, hydrates cells, balances sodium and enables the proper performance of the nervous system.

Omega Nutrition’s Apple Cider Vinegar contains “mother” and other naturally occurring sediments that add to the nutritional value of the vinegar. “Mother” is the name for the natural protein strands formed by beneficial bacteria in unpasteurized vinegar.
