Privacy and Security Policy
- We do not sell, rent or release our list
of customers or personal information such as your name,
address, phone number and email address, to anyone for any
reason at any time. Your privacy is precious.
- Information that you provide will only
be used for ordering purposes and internal analysis to improve
the quality and availability of our products and services.
- On occasion, we partner with other natural
health manufacturers and may include their coupons and special
offers with your Omega catalog and newsletters. However,
we do not supply your personal information to those partners.
- Google Analytics is used to analyze traffic
to this web site. Google Analytics does not create individual
profiles for visitors.
- Online and Mail Order Customers –
We do our best to transport your order the next business
day and send most packages UPS ground, unless otherwise
specified by you. Once payment is received you will receive
your order in 7-10 business days.
- Customers in the continental U.S.A. are
charged a flat rate of $7.50 for regular shipping. As of August 1st 2006 the charge for shipping & handling will be increased to $10.00. Rates
do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii; Priority mail is available.
- UPS 2nd Day Air Service is available
at an additional charge. Please call customer service at
1-800-661-3529 for rates.
- Street address and telephone number must
be included on all orders. UPS does not deliver to P.O.
Order Cancellation or Change Policy
- Part of our customer service commitment
is to ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore:
- You may cancel or change orders up until
3pm Pacific Standard Time on the same day the order is placed.
- Cancellations and changes are not accepted
after 3pm Pacific Standard Time, as all orders will have
been packaged by that time.
- If product is damaged or unsatisfactory,
please call us within 72 hours of receiving your products.
Please retain the product and packaging until you have contacted
us. If you ordered more than one container of a specific
product and are dissatisfied, please do not open the remainder

Sales Terms & Conditions
- The Minimum order from Omega Nutrition,
either by print catalog, mail, phone, fax, or online is
$30.00 USD plus shipping. As of August 1st 2006 the minimum order will no longer be in effect to better asist you in obtaining the products you require. We will reimburse you on out-of-stock
items, as we do not back order.
- Washington State residents are subject
to 8.4% sales tax on non-food products. The WA sales tax
will be applied after your order is placed. You will be
contacted via email confirming the taxable amount.
