Omega Nutrition’s High-O® Sunflower
Oil
is a unique organic blend that offers a great everyday solution
for your culinary needs. Made of sunflower oil (high oleic
variety), sesame oil (pressed from hulled sesame seeds) and
palm oil, High-O® Sunflower
Oil is suitable for
medium to high temperature cooking and baking. The fatty acidic
profile of this blend is mainly represented by monounsaturated
oleic acid (i.e. omega-9 fatty acid), with addition of Palm
oil and Sesame oil to facilitate the handling of higher temperatures.
Sunflower oil of the high oleic variety is very similar in
fatty acid profile to extra virgin Olive Oil, an integral
part of the Mediterranean diet.
