Banana & Pumpkin Seed Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
2 large Ripe bananas
10 Ice cubes
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Honey
1/2 cup (120 ml) Milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) Omega Nutrition Pumpkin Seed Butter
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Omega Nutrition Cold Milled Flax Seeds Directions
Cut bananas into chunks and put into blender with other ingredients. Blend to
a purée. Thin with milk or water if necessary. Yield Serves 1
